Our Intel agencies protect our candidates from others, not from themselves. DJT Jr didn't need to be protected against Veselnitskaya. He just didn't need to meet with her. All he had to do was not eagerly jump at the chance. |
Our IC should be protecting our country, from foreign and domestic people who commit illegal acts. They should put these people in jail. Lock him up. |
If I had my way, ill gotten revenues would need to be paid back to the Treasury. |
If you are referring to Cohen, that actually has been proven to be false. He was in Europe when the Dossier said he was. |
Really? His denial tweet showing a picture of the cover of his passport was a lie? I'm shocked! |
Terrific. Let's start with the Mercers, Koch's and Prince money. That has had the biggest influence on where we are today. |
Is Stein also being investigated? |
Note to Trump defenders, if you are using the Ukraine-Hillary thing as a false equivalence, you are being played:
http://www.politico.com/story/2017/05/25/manafort-trump-russia-advise-238803 Manafort discussed with other Trump allies the possibility of launching a countervailing investigation into efforts by Ukrainian government officials who allegedly worked in conjunction with allies of Trump’s Democratic rival Hillary Clinton to damage Trump’s campaign, according to the operative. The operative added that Manafort saw such an investigation as a way to distract attention from the parallel FBI and congressional Russia probes. |
If Trump truly found out about this June 2016 meeting in the last few days, then Kushner should be fired. |
Yes. That's his only proof ![]() In Mr. Cohen’s case, Mr. Steele accused him of traveling to Prague in the last week of August to meet with Russian agents to devise a plan to cover up the supposed Trump-Russia hacking of Democratic Party email servers. Mr. Cohen, the attorney for the Trump Organization for 10 years, immediately denied the accusation in January. He showed his passport to the president, his close aides and reporters to prove he had never been to Prague. He also shared his itinerary for a trip he took to Southern California at the time Mr. Steele said he was in the capital of the Czech Republic. |
Please. You know that Don Jr. doesn't take a poop without telling daddy first. |
And that "proof" has been knocked down. Please, keep up. |

The dossier claims that Cohen was dispatched to Prague to "clean up the mess" left behind by two revelations: that Trump’s former campaign manager Paul Manafort had a financial relationship with a politically toxic Ukrainian president and that campaign adviser Carter Page visited top Russian officials. Cohen’s meeting with "Kremlin representatives" was alleged to have taken place in "August/September 2016" — not quite the same time frame as those passport stamps. Many news organizations attempted to verify or debunk claims in the dossier, including that Cohen was in Prague around that time. A BuzzFeed News reporter spent three days visiting about 45 hotels in the city and found no evidence Cohen had stayed in any of them during that period. Cohen has said that he couldn’t have been in Prague because he was visiting the University of Southern California with his son on a college baseball recruiting trip. He posted a photograph from his daughter’s social media account showing the two of them together in Los Angeles on the final week of August. |
Jake Tapper disagrees. Please keep up: Tapper seemingly confirmed Cohen’s story. “People tried to run that down and concluded it was a different Michael Cohen. It was a Michael Cohen with a passport from another country, same birth year, different birth date,” he said. |
