mild allergic reaction day of first Moderna vaccine (not covid-arm)?

Anonymous
Has anyone had a mild rash or a hive or two the day of the shot and gotten a second shot? I think I might have had a mild allergic reaction (though might not have noticed anything unusual if I had not been on the lookout given my allergy history).

A few hours (3-5) after shot, pulse of 95-120 (often 80s to low 90s) with mildly elevated BP (140/high 80s). I also thought a couple of toes were swollen for about half an hour (not visible). Followed by mild temperature up to 100.4 for the rest of the day. Late evening, about 9 hours after the shot, a single small itchy hive (for about an hour), and a small non-itchy rash (not hive - more like morbilliform or maculopapular; don't know exactly when that started though) on one calf that decreased by the next day but is still mildly visible 3 days later.
I often have allergic reactions, occasional random (1- 4) hives that last about an hour, sulfa allergy (with hives and mucosal swelling appearing several hours after taking the antibiotic, swelling of hands and feet) etc. Never have needed an epi-pen or immediate medical care or even benadryl. That rash on the leg doesn't look like any allergic reaction I've ever had.
I am at very high risk for covid, and shouldn't take steroids (which are used for both serious allergic reactions and covid treatment) due to another condition.

I have a sulfa allergy, had my 1st moderne yesterday. I did end up with a mild hive break-out on my chest and neck. I took a Benadryl and was fine.

Was the hive outbreak the day of the vaccine? I assume you are still planning on getting your second shot? Thanks.

My mom had a fine itchy rash on both forearms for a day or so. She took benedryl and it cleared. It did not occur again after the second shot.

Where is it located and how does it look and feel? That leg rash?

On part of a calf, it looks like morbilliform rash - still mildly visible now 5 days later. It was perhaps very mildly elevated, felt a bit like dry skin on the surface, not itchy. I found one academic case study on morbilliform rash (if that's what it is) after covid vaccination - but it didn't show up until 48 hrs after both shots.
