I often have allergic reactions, occasional random (1- 4) hives that last about an hour, sulfa allergy (with hives and mucosal swelling appearing several hours after taking the antibiotic, swelling of hands and feet) etc. Never have needed an epi-pen or immediate medical care or even benadryl. [b]That rash on the leg doesn't look like any allergic reaction I've ever had.[/b] 
I am at very high risk for covid, and shouldn't take steroids (which are used for both serious allergic reactions and covid treatment) due to another condition.

On part of a calf, it looks like morbilliform rash - still mildly visible now 5 days later. It was perhaps very mildly elevated, felt a bit like dry skin on the surface, not itchy. I found one academic case study on morbilliform rash (if that's what it is) after covid vaccination - but it didn't show up until 48 hrs after both shots.[/quote]
