No are you illiterate ? That thread is divisions the new thread is schedule. see the difference genius ? |
| Very odd. We either have games 10 minutes away or in Haymarket/Fredericksburg. Not much in between. |
| Our first game isn’t until April 11th ... surely we could start the season a couple of weeks earlier. |
Exactly. In order to make up for it, my DS’ Team has double header games every weekend for the first month and then a month off with 1 last game once returning. We got dealt a tough hand. 8 games in one month and then 1 game a whole month later to call the season |
| how exciting. the entire season is played out over 4 weekends!! |
| Looks good for us cant wait to start..... |
| Div 1 older son and all very close! YAY! Even my other son in EDP has almost all home games this season. In the past, we were always driving 1-2.5 hours in Maryland for games. Seems most of the MD teams are still coming to us. |

This terrible way of ncsl doing schedules with games back to back on many weekends and then going into a void for like 3-4 weeks is absolute BS
Deplorable greedy MFers |
Why would you say it's greedy? I'm not saying you are wrong. I just don't see the connection to greed. Thanks |
Definitely not ideal, but you can't purport to know what it takes to deconflict schedules where people are coaching multiple teams, how to manage the influx of teams from ODSL/other new clubs etc. I don't believe anywhere on the NCSL site or on your own DC's club's website there is a guarantee that matches will be held every weekend. The league can only operate and schedule as best it can. |
| great job overall NCSL. Still waiting for that NCSL open Tournament ... |
