Reduced Speed Limits in MoCo

Anyone else noticed the newly imposed speed limits? 35mph on Norbeck Rd in Rockville used to be 45-50mph and has now been reduced down to 35mph. Seems unusually slow for a road like that.

Whenever I go to MD, I remind myself that I have entered a nanny state. Nothing surprises me. I drive the speed limit on local roads because I don't know where and when they will setup a speed camera.
