I have tons of ground beef in my freezer and need suggestions for new things to do with it. We're tired of burgers, spaghetti, lasagna, and tacos. Happy to have ideas for dinners, breakfasts, soups, stews, insta-pot, slow cooker, casseroles, skillet, and any cuisine. Only caveat-- no nuts. Bonus for meals that can be made from a well-stocked pantry. Thanks!

Stuffed cabbage is one of my favorites. But my kids beg for sloppy joes, so that's a go to for me when I have ground beef. |

My kids favorite meal are these bean and beef burritos (which are more like enchiladas) - insanely easy - use the Verde Sauce from Frontera which is shelf-stable and found at most grocery stores. We don't use as much beef as this calls for and we use a bit more cheese - but they are delicious and easy. https://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/ree-drummond/beef-and-bean-burritos-recipe-1981061 |
I like spinach and ground beef. This recipe is close to what I do, but I don’t add cilantro, just onion / garlic / spinach and ground beef.

For the beef recipe, search "cottage pie" (shepherd's pie is made with lamb). |
I like this. All very easy, different than what you made before. |
Was coming here to suggest ground beef bulgogi bowls! |
