Sheet pan nachos. I usually use ground turkey but ground beef is perfect for this. It's so easy and one of the only dinners that's a crowd pleaser.

Tamale pie (I love this recipe: https://www.seriouseats.com/recipes/2015/01/american-tamale-pie-quick-and-easy-food-lab-recipe.html)
Enchiladas

This looks good.

It’s so good! The brown butter definitely adds a lot.

Oops, just saw you asked for “dinner”. Sorry!

NP. I would totally eat this breakfast casserole for dinner. In fact, I might as it to next week's lineup .

Do you cook the beef first or maybe just brown it? Although it does seem like 45minutes is enough time to just bake with the beef raw...

Anonymous wrote:Someone already suggested stuffed cabbage, but if you're lazy like me you can do a cabbage and beef casserole instead which tastes similar and is less work.

That's what I do. Chop up the cabbage and cook it and onions, green peppers, with the meat after browning and then the sauce and rice.

Or the cheater version of tamale pie with a later of partially crushed tortilla chips on the bottom. I also do this when I have a lot of broken chips at the bottom of a bag, or a cumulation from multiple bags.

I would definitely cook through, and drain off the fat.

Wait! Don’t go. How do you perfectly replicate the sauce? My dish is good but I can’t get the sauce exactly.
