Broccoli microwaved with a bit of cheese (I grew up poor, can you tell?) Hummus, just by itself. A little container of Greek yogurt (this is what I do most often), or from a tub of it, with strawberries on top. A can of sardines in mustard sauce (am I the only one who likes these?) Roasted almonds (I roast them myself) without dark chocolate. Not super low calorie but very filling. Roasted broccoli |

| Trader Joes frozen strawberries, dark chocolate or banana ones. |
Love the tang of plain Greek yogurt. I do it with handfuls of berries and skip the honey. I sometimes add a little granola or some chopped nuts, which does add some more calories but the crunch is so satisfying. |
| I have recently started drinking bone broth, as one would drink a cup of tea. I doctor it up with herbs or other seasonings. |

100 calorie bag of popcorn with butter spray, everything but the bagel blend and some cayenne pepper.
It’s not the “cleanest” or most natural snack in the world, but it’s crunchy and satisfying. For sweets- Italian ice (100 calories) or hot chocolate (90 calories) Hot chocolate is quite filling. |
| I have a roasted seaweed snack addiction. |
