I've been loving a baked pear sprinkled with cinnamon and a small amount of brown sugar if the pear isn't that ripe for a low calorie and healthy dessert!
Other things I like - snap peas with hummus, boiled egg, a few nuts, smoothie made with water/greens/a piece of fruit/ice, popcorn, berries |

Why is popcorn not the most natural snack? I truly can't think that it would be anything but a great snack! Is spray no calories or low calories? |

Fiber One chocolate brownies- I think they are 90 calories and they remind me of devil dogs
