What are your favorite low calorie snacks or desserts that taste good?

Broccoli microwaved with a bit of cheese (I grew up poor, can you tell?)

Hummus, just by itself.

A little container of Greek yogurt (this is what I do most often), or from a tub of it, with strawberries on top.

A can of sardines in mustard sauce (am I the only one who likes these?)

Roasted almonds (I roast them myself) without dark chocolate. Not super low calorie but very filling.

Roasted broccoli

I like those sardines mashed on crispy toast

I like a can of sardines and all it’s oil as dressing on spinach or kale. Throw in whatever other cut up veggies and onions I have with some seeds.

I've been loving a baked pear sprinkled with cinnamon and a small amount of brown sugar if the pear isn't that ripe for a low calorie and healthy dessert!

Other things I like - snap peas with hummus, boiled egg, a few nuts, smoothie made with water/greens/a piece of fruit/ice, popcorn, berries

+1 Been doing the 5:2 intermittent fast a few weeks and bone broth is essential.

It’s not the “cleanest” or most natural snack in the world, but it’s crunchy and satisfying.

For sweets- Italian ice (100 calories) or hot chocolate (90 calories) Hot chocolate is quite filling.

Why is popcorn not the most natural snack? I truly can't think that it would be anything but a great snack! Is spray no calories or low calories?

Fiber One chocolate brownies- I think they are 90 calories and they remind me of devil dogs

PB2 -chocolate - it's basically freeze dried peanut butter powder with cocoa mixed in without the fat calories. You add a little water and it makes a paste that you can spread on apples or anything else you want-

I’m obsessed with Yasso bars (freezer section). 80 calories for the plain chocolate. 100 for coffee chocolate chip (my favorite).

Hello 1990s. Terrible fake ingredients, even if low calorie.
