No. My husband puts them in the wash with the rags. Annoying, but he cleans more than I do so I can’t complain.

Yes. If I use my hands and soap you can still smell the funk on me. Instead I use a new washcloth everyday and it helps exfoliate in the shower and is much more easily washed than one of those poof things.

The tiny towel is a hand towel, not a washcloth. I do use it for things other than cleaning house.
