When you say staff, do you mean teachers. That is F-d up. If you don't think it is, you are F'd up. Our kids have to deal with this sh*t because of all you gun fetishists. |
Please give a source. On the FBI site, their 2023 report on active shooters indicated that between 2019-2023, 94% were male and only 0.5% were trans. Page 34. https://www.fbi.gov/file-repository/reports-and-publications/2023-active-shooter-report-062124.pdf/view |

How I told my Sunday School Students About Death
|
What are YOU talking about? She’s been a senator since 2007. Once Obama took office on 2009, Democrats had the trifecta of power. They controlled both houses. Why didn’t she put stronger gun controls in place 16 years ago?? Think how many lives would’ve been saved. |
Their dataset severly undercounts mass shootings. They only count 502 since 1966. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_mass_shootings_in_the_United_States_in_2025 Wikipedia lists 268 this year alone. You get a very differnt story if you select subsets of the total data. |
How do you differentiate it? 4 people killed/injured excluding the shooter seems to be the standard used by most media organizations. |
FBI document linked above specify that active shooter incidents doesn't include gang violence, domestic violence etc. See for yourself. |
Hmm they define it as 3 or more dead, but only 48 incidents in that report. https://abcnews.go.com/US/us-surpasses-400-mass-shootings-2023-national-gun/story?id=101588652 ABC news states there was more than 400 in the first half of the same year. So who is right? |
OP has dragged this out to 65 pages (likely half or more posts are hers). She is the: CGCL of DCUM.
Stop humoring here. A wise man once said, “Never argue with an idiot. They will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.” The OP is an idiot. |
It depends on the definition. You need to keep that in mind when you start throwing numbers around to make a point. Most PPs on here don't bother to read the fine print. |
You seem to have the wrong thread. |
So those deaths are unimportant? Seems like a very selective way to view the data |
No one said they were unimportant. All human lives are important. How you examine data depends on the question you are trying to answer. And if you are trying to prove a point, your data should be relevant to that point. You are a pot stirrer, huh. |
(DP). I agree. More than half of these school shooters are white and they are overwhelmingly male. I think that’s worth exploring. Is it something in white culture? Is there something in non-white cultures that discourages school shooters? The fact that Black / non-white males are more often the perpetrators of gang violence / domestic violence (if true) seems irrelevant here. But, that’s certainly a conversation that society should be having too, just not here. |
He claims to be a Sunday school teacher but if he truly were reading The Hebrew Bible, he would have seen plenty of support for killing babies and children. “Now go and smite Amalek and utterly destroy all that they have, and spare them not; but slay both man and woman, infant and suckling, ox and sheep, camel and ass.’ 1 Samuel 15:3 I don’t know why people pretend the Bible is some lovefest |
