I don't need to see the games or know the results to know that Delco probably outplayed DCU. Regardless of whatever the result was, I can almost guarantee this.

ds filled in yes delco much quicker, faster and moving ball, noticeable dcu was our left back, more offensive player then defense outside back. Kid got some ball skills and fast why is he play outside back

Right. Delco was playing football and DCU was playing bully ball. Don't even need to see the games to know this because I've seen many of their games and it is all the same. One thing you know is that DCU is not great at making decisions about your son's future as a player. Why the academy is a dead end for pro football.

How clearly biased, gleefully ignorant and dunce can one be to proudly state 'I have no details, knowledge, facts or required information to make an educated analysis but I'm going to state a conclusion anyway with a "guarantee" of certainty'

No no. Don't t get it twisted. That's how confident I am in the laco of quality at DCU.

And yet your kid couldn't make it, low quality and all
Go prep your turkey

If saying that makes you feel better go ahead. Makes no difference to me because the truth is so far from what you're saying. Won't change the fact that DCU is a sorry, lackluster club with no real intention or method of developing the kids. This is KNOWN in the US soccer landscape. Ask anyone who knows football if DCU can develop players and they will tell you the exact same thing. The only one holding on to the idea that DCU is a quality outfit is you.

Crazy how the same things are posted over and over in different threads from different people about DCU and the themes are ALL the same. Wonder why?? It's because everyone else is lying. 😂😂😭😭

Is there a new MLS rule where the academy is releasing players at the end of the fall season.

Wow VDA and Arlington just sent 14+ players to DCU training. Not one of those parents batted an eye or turn the opportunity down.

Not one of them got offers from outside academies either. Of course you go, duh.

Yeah, because in your version of reality, the DMV is the hottest and world renowned bed of youth stars talent, so all the MLS academies are sending scouts here to take 13 year olds across the country, while ignoring the kids in their areas

Never said all that, but there are a lot of DMV kids at academies across the country. So weird that you're in denial about that.

Don't know who you're referring to as being in denial, but anyone with sense, rational and logic will know a statement saying a lot of kids from the DC area are in academies across the country is a gross exaggeration.

Right, go argue that with all the links that were provided with kids from the DMV thriving at other academies.

Yes. That is correct. Scouts from other academies across the country come to the DMV to recruit for their markets because their markets are traditionally weak footballing markets. Salt lake, fc Cincy, Columbus, sporting KC, Nashville are prime examples. Salt lake has made this their priority. DMV is a proven market for talent and this is known nationally. DMV is one of the top three talent markets in the nation. California and Florida/Dallas being the others. So yes, our regional talent is very strong nationally and if an academy can swipe a kid for nothing before DCU gets involved that is preferred.

This has already been proven in this thread to be false. Try again.

Why would they turn it down? It's an opportunity. Not a great opportunity but an opportunity. Until something better surfaces, you go with the best opportunity in front of you. Most would do the same. Not sure what your point is?? You're saying this shows DCU is quality??? 🤔🤣😭

So why would DCU invite ENCL players to train? Cause none of the MLS Next clubs would want to send their players.
