Thoughts on this name? Love it and trying to get DH onboard. He is neutral so want to crowdsource for opinions. I think it’s pretty, familiar but not popular, and works in many cultures. Thoughts? Thanks!!

Reminds me of the babysitter’s club. Think: popular girl in the 80s. Not necessarily a bad thing. A little less linked to that decade than, say, Courtney, and a prettier name.

Claudia is a beautiful name which isn't over-used. I also love Lauren for the same reasons.

My friend's name is Claudia and she was named this in part because she's from an international family and it works well in different languages.

In her mom's language, it's pronounced "Cloud-eeya" and that's how she pronounces it here. She just said "it's pronounced like the clouds in the sky" and everyone "got it" permanently as soon as she said that.
