Boxers, boxer briefs, or briefs?

What is your preference (either to wear or see on your DH) and are you M or F? Age?

33- boxers or boxer briefs. DH wears both. Apparently he needs boxer briefs for under suits or tighter pants. He likes boxers to sleep in more. Briefs are really gross and a huge turnoff. Especially because a friend told me once she had to stop buying white so that she couldn't see the shit stains in them anymore. Gag. That's the kind of man who wears briefs.

What brands? Does he wear boxers under pants or just to sleep?

Hanes and Duluth Trading Co. I used to when I wore boxers. Many of them were plaid.

DH wears briefs, black, blue and red. No white for him. His package and butt look great in them, and no visible skid marks! DH wears jockstraps during warmer months, much sexier and more comfortable than a thong.

37, he wears white briefs. He is in great shape and looks nice in them. I've never given any thought to his underwear choice. I find white cotton underwear to be the most sanitary since it can be washed hot and bleached.

Aren't jockstraps just a sling that holds a hard cup in place for a sport?

Currently 36YO DH switched to briefs a few years back. Honestly they're not *my* favorite look on him, but he's comfortable in them and apparently they hold everything in place better than his boxer briefs he was wearing. His body, his choice!

Man who wears white briefs, laundered right so they start out the day clean. I don't know if you could subject boxers to the treatment necessary to get the inside clean, without eventually fading the outside. And I assume the ladies here wear clean briefs. How do those get washed right while the men's briefs don't?
