Oh Lord! Please don't tell me that there is a cupcake place opening in Chevy Chase. Georgetown Cupcake in Bethesda is bad enough. I'll have no chance of losing baby weight now.
So...is it supposed to be any good? |

The women of Friendship Heights are about to riot if this place doesn't open soon. I swear I saw someone trying to peak inside the other day while I was walking home from the Metro. It was as if she were a child standing at the gates of Willie Wonka's factory.
Personally, I don't get while cupcake thing and I certainly don't understand how there's such a huge demand in this city to support so many cupcakeries, but after visiting Georgetown Cupcake in Bethesda and seeing how packed that place gets...I guess CC is as good a place as any for a new one. |

| Haha..we have cupcake places all over Pittsburgh....it all started about 4 years ago in NYC, but it makes me laugh that DC is even behind Pittsburgh in the cupcake craze. We need more quality frozen yogurt places to open again....I guess poor TCBY went under. I know Booeymonger and Sweet Green have frozen yogurt bars...oh well, here's to getting your cupcake fix soon! |

Sure, I cook dinner, make coffee, and buy ice cream for home too. It doesn't mean its not a fun thing to do, to go out and get one just like going out to dinner, starbucks, giffords... |
