Yes, scary skinny. She looks sick - like she is struggling. I have so much empathy for anyone who suffers with an eating disorder. I hope this is not the case. She's always been thin, but these photos shocked me.

I think you're projecting. She looked healthy to me. She's a naturally thin person from a thin family, and she has a healthy diet and exercises a lot.

She looks like a preying mantis in every picture next to Dr. Biden. Even Melania isn’t that thin and she’s a former model.

Nope. She looked slim but fit and healthy in the early days of her relationship. Now she looks gaunt.

She was 19 in the early days of her relationship with William. It's not surprising that she looks more worn (or as you say "gaunt"), 20 years and 3 kids later.

This is what she's looked like for years. You've just forgotten.

I certainly don’t think she’s “gaunt”. But I think it’s bizarre that’s she MORE than she was at her wedding. She’s very, very thin. But not skeletal. So I’m not sure.

Who knows, but FWIW Princess Michael of Kent called Kate an "anorexic dullard" or something similar.

DP. She has absolutely no muscle mass which is not healthy for a variety of reasons. I don’t think anyone can see a picture of someone and determine they have an eating disorder. But this is not the body of a woman who is taking care of herself.

Princess Michael says a lot of garbage.

She's an idiot who needed notecards to say 'Welcome to the U.K.'

I’m Kate thin. Please stop! She is eating. You have no idea what gaunt looks like. People these days are all huge and sure that’s normal to you, but some of us are the way we look and that’s comfortable to us.
Please don’t skinny shame anyone.

Perhaps when Jill Biden comes to visit you, you will not need notecards. That is if you practice well in advance with your life coach.

It would be easier to enthusiastically applaud your admonition re: skinny shaming if you could have managed to get your point across without just having to preface it with: “ People these days are all huge….” Surely not “all” — since you and Kate make at least two, and you seem to think that both of you are healthy.

How about focusing on health and making sure that each of us has the resources to maintain healthy bodies?
To paraphrase: Please don’t body shame anyone.
