No other First Lady has disappeared for such an extended period of time. There is no salary for First Lady, but she has a staff, and she has cost the taxpayer more money than the last ten combined.

I do not believe that she had a face lift. It takes a LOT longer to heal from a face lift. I think, it was a private surgery (maybe hysterectomy) and she doesn't want the entire world to know her issues. Who can blame her. She is in or nearing menopause at her age and many women have all sorts of problems during this time.

Look at her face though. She always had those scrunched up lion eyes like from too much plastic surgery and now her face looks more natural. She definitely looks better to me.
