It’s not really a ballroom, nobody has balls anymore. I suspect he got the idea from the British state dinner, and wanted a similar grand dining room (even though the WH has two). Will they be buying more china? Who is paying for staff to feed all these people? Who are these people? Trump isn’t well liked and he’s a buffoon. Eating with him would be revolting.
