Donnie Dumptruck says Mar-A-Lago's been searched by the FBI

Anonymous
The DOJ motion to unseal the Trump/Mar-a-Lago warrant application was made by the head of Counterintelligence at the National Security Division.

Trump has 3 choices now:
1. He can publicly release the search warrant and inventory himself
2. He can tell the Court he doesn't oppose the DOJ motion to unseal, and the warrant will be released
3. He can oppose the motion to unseal and undermine all the crap he and his supporters have been spewing the last few days

Merrick Garland is a better poker player than Donald Trump.

But it sets a fantastic precedent for President DeSantis to have AG Cruz send govt agents out to kick in the front doors of various dems in the future. And I look forward to hearing about all those warrants being served in the future.

AG Cruz (hahahahahaha) can’t send government agents out to kick in doors. We still have laws and due process requirements. A search warrant is issued by a court based on a showing of probable cause. But enjoy your fascist wet dreams while you can.

EDVA, right? The rocket docket?

Yes but given the inaccurate frothing about kicking in doors at 6am, I don’t think his supporters will even notice. I continue to fail to understand what they get out of living in an echo chamber that bears no relation to reality whatsoever. If it weren’t so destructive to our republic I wouldn’t care. But as it is, it’s like stinky slime slithering into everything.

No, SD of Florida, which is where the search warrant was obtained

The whole point is to be disruptive to the republic. That is their game. They literally want to destroy the USA.

And we have all sorts of idiots on this forum and across the country who are just fine with it.

Of course. These are classified materials left sitting in a basement storage locker with umbrellas and golf shoes. Materials that were not returned even after receiving a grand jury subpoena.

+1 It’s a great response to the RWNJs at Judicial Watch who probably thought DOJ would contest their motion to unseal. Now they can’t cry about a coverup anymore.

Trump won’t let them off the hook. He’s going to make them own this.

This literally makes no sense. He’s yammered on about how there is nothing there and this is a political witch hunt. The warrant will show what they went in and took. If it’s no big deal why wouldn’t he want it released…answer: for the same reason he hasn’t already released it (bc he could have). He violated the criminal statute and is guilty.

The warrant is issued by the judicial district from where the property is to be siezed.

I think they get a few things: Company (hey there's a lot of people who believe this and we like each other!) being a big one. I think they also enjoy having their worldview reinforced over and over, with story after story - and since they never actually see those stories debunked they never have to deal with the cognitive dissonance that people not steeped in this sh** would experience. An us against them take on the world can be very powerful, too.

It's probably also fun, in a sick way.

That was Steve Bannon’s plan from the beginning. To “flood the zone with shit.” https://www.bloomberg.com/opinion/articles/2018-02-09/has-anyone-seen-the-president#xj4y7vzkg
