VDOT is spending close to 1.7 million in a bypass of the town of Clifton.

I don't support a bypass, I'd rather we look at other traffic calming measures first

I agree, they need to put in traffic mitigation methods first before going straight to a bypass.

Actually, I'd like VDOT to try and plan a bypass. The NIMBY fights in that area would be highly entertaining...
