| Seasonal eating. I’ll be doing great, then Halloween candy. Back on track then Christmas cookies. Then Girl Scout Cookies. I have very little self control when it comes to those seasonal treats. |
| Caaaarbs. That includes sugar. Carb rage is a real thing. |
| I’m around food all the time, and I’m preparing it for others more frequently (specifically lunch for DH and kids). (Don’t come at me for making DH lunch, he’s always busy AF and I’m a SAHM without a lot to do. |
| Oh and gyms being too unsafe for my comfort level. |

I was very sugar addicted. I was consuming sweet tea, candy, and baked goods constantly.
I mostly broke this addiction this summer. I consume maybe 10% of the sweets I used to and no longer have the intense cravings if I miss my sweetened tea in the morning. I lost 25 lbs in 3 months. |
| Snacking! My husband and I are both at a healthy weight but both of us gained 3 to 4 pounds over the past eight months. When we look back we realize we have rarely allowed ourselves to be hungry for more than an hour or so. Prior to the pandemic, we would be hungry for maybe a couple hours before we were able to eat. But being home all the time means that food is always available. We are trying to stick with meals only going forward. |
Golds but I also love studio workout places like Barre3. |
| No question that eat more working from home. Luckily, I have been consistent with exercising. |
|
I hate being sweaty. Water running/aerobics is the only exercise I ever really liked, and now indoor pools are closed.
|
| I have no urge to do the regular daily tasks and don’t want to leave my house |
