Any happily married couples have sex the day they met?

I’ve always wondered if there were more couples like us.

DH and I (he was 36 and I was 28) met at a wedding and ended up talking all night. We made love as the sun rose. We were an immediate couple for a year before we got married and have been very happily married for nearly 14 years.

Anyone else like us?

My BF and her husband. They met on a flight home and spent that night together and have never spent a night apart in 15 or so years.

First date but not first day given it would have been in a conference room at work where we met and that would not have been a good idea.

First date, yes, but we had been long distance friends for 2 years. Finally we were both single and decided to go for it. He flew out to see me and we had sex the night he arrived.

We’ve been happily married for 6.5 years with a kid!

Sorry, I should’ve said first day we met in person. We met online (but not a dating app) so we had never met in person before that.

I know a few couples like this. Of course the women have been judged harshly for having sex right away, but who cares if it worked out right?

This is weird to me...none of my friends, relatives, co workers have ever discussed when the first time they had sex w their spouse was so a) how do you know this info and b) how do so many other people know this info such that the women in the couples can be judged harshly?

Why would anyone judge a woman harshly for sex on the first date and they ended married and happy? I don’t believe you. I think you’re lying.

I know someone who had sex the first night and he proposed the next day. They got married a few weeks later.

Now they have three kids, own two businesses, travel the world together, and are very happy.

We had sex the first time we were alone- which was about 2 weeks after we met. We were with other classmates on international travel and they were total cockblockers until we literally were alone.
