SOCA (now Skyline Elite) are pretty darn good.

Had the opportunity to see Skyline play as a ref, and was surprised how good their girl's teams are. Saw their 04 05 and 06. The 06 team in particular was impressive. The D was not up to ECNL, but the attacking play was really strong, and the kids were incredibly fit. They had one player that was going to give the sideline ref a heart attack with all the running. They looked better than 06 BRYC ECNL and McLean ECNL teams.

If they come into ECNL next year, that will be interesting.

Their 04 team, despite being state champs, is 0-5 against ECNL and GA competetion.

It what makes you think they would ever be ECNL? Easy to look good against CCL competetion

They do a great job, ECNL and GA matches will obviously be more challenging.

Which age groups is this happening? I see the 06 squad beating Loudoun Red, but that's not an ENCL squad. The VA Legacy is a mess... so, who?

Re-Read what I wrote.

I said SOCA is beating B teams.....such as Loudoun Red.

Loudoun Red is the B team for Loudoun ECNL

ECNL Regional squads... sure. Okay, those are your "B" teams. ENCL is A or nothing. My girl used to be on an ENCL regional - or "ECNL B team"- and it's 1/10th of ENCL elite team competition. Soca A beating B teams like Liverpool claiming success against MLS.

So Skyline looks good against B teams? That’s OP’s point?

SOCA 06 was in the top flight at Jeff Cup and beat 3 ECNL teams (Ohio, NC, and 1 other).
