ECNL Regional squads... sure. Okay, those are your "B" teams. ENCL is A or nothing. My girl used to be on an ENCL regional - or "ECNL B team"- and it's 1/10th of ENCL elite team competition. Soca A beating B teams like Liverpool claiming success against MLS.[/quote

I've played against SOCA teams a few times in my career. Overall I thought they played decent soccer and seemed to have some success in the competition we played in with them.
