Seriously. I'm in the first tier of the Reed walk zone and they are going to continue to bus my kids to Tuckahoe so they can bus McKinley kids to a school which is a five minute walk from my door. Pathetic.

I am in the walk zone to Reed too and if they are not going to send us there (which is the right thing to do), then it better not change in 2 years or whatever.

It will. Duran said that if you stay with your current school community, you are fair game for the next process. So you'll stay at Tuckahoe and Nottingham and then you have a 50/50 change to get moved when they turn one of those into an option school.
