Seems like a nice age gap to me.

We have a similar gap but he comes from a family with incredible genes and he looks and has the energy of someone much closer in age to me. Some people seem very old at 41.

Is 9 years a large gap? That’s ours. It’s become a little bit more noticeable as we age and health problems creep up, but it still works.

There are plenty of marriages with this size age gap but reality is they have much higher divorce rate than marriages where partners are within five years of each other’s age. But overall not a big deal if you’re ok with it.

Everyone in my family--grandparents, parents, in laws, my sibling, has that kind of age gap, 7 to 12 years.

I know a couple with a 20 year age gap which seems much more unusual to me.
