Yes, and he has every right to be pissed obviously. Having worked with a few presidents I bet it's tough for him to imagine that he would have to be defending himself against the president for misusing his words in a campaign ad. Dr. F knows what kind of COVID sh*t show we're in for this winter.

And the fact that a substantial minority of people still believe what Trump is saying about COVID, going around maskless and whatnot, means it's going to be an incredibly sh*try sh*t show.
