We all need a vacation, but Fauci needs the one where the sun shines every day and the view is perfect and the service and food are from heaven. And he needs at least a month there. He deserves even more. He epitomizes love of country and fellow man.

Yes. I hope he takes one. It's unreasonable how few people are carrying the burden of US public policy during this pandemic, he first and foremost.

I can't decide which is most in need of the drug of constant media attention: President Fauci, Senator Schumer, Senator Chis Murphy or Senator Richard Blumenthal. The latter two are understandable: sad Susan Bysiewicz can't figure out why 'woke' Connecticut still has two male United States Senators and no women, let alone her.

DH works at NIH and knows Fauci. He's definitely the right person for the job: meaning that he's eminently qualified, but also LOVES the spotlight (most research scientists are introverted nerds) So Fauci's getting a little too much of it, in difficult circumstances? Oh well. He was made for such a moment.
