Jennifer Dulos - Connecticut mom of 5 missing

Why didn't he just dispose of the murder related refuse with the body? Clearly the body was disposed of so no one could find it, then you get all sloppy with the trash? Makes no sense.

If Jennifer was really afraid of him, why didn't she have some cameras on her property? They are cheap, and you get notifications when a human is spotted on your property on your cell phone. And if someone attacked you at least it would be caught on camera. I am poverty level compared with her and we have survellance inside and outside our home.

He left his cell when he went to New Cannan but took it when disposing of murder refuse? WTF? Who does that?

How did he get in the garage? I didn't see a notation on the police thing noting forced entry. Was the door unlocked? Did he have a key?

Why plan this on a friday before a holiday then use garbage bins that won't be emptied until at least Tuesday?

What magic did this guy weave that women kept falling for him? Even as he faced murder charges?

Where are all of the people who knew them singly and as a couple? There are very few accounts of personal impressions of these two. I would have expected ex girlfriends with "Fotis scared me" stories to be climbing out of the woodwork.

Why on earth would you have 5 kids at that age, with someone you barely knew, and who you claimed was angry and threatening? Given that 2 sets of twins was likely the result of fertility treatments, there was probably no oopsies.

If he were truly an abuser, as it seems, he would have isolated Jennifer from friends many years ago.

Additionally, she comes from money, and I'm guessing her close friends are from similarly well off families. They wouldn't talk.

You might want to think about what you have written. Remember, the universe is causal.

I'm not the PP, but clearly PP meant that Jennifer Dulos was wary of her husband and his girlfriend and felt her life was in danger, and that they could be dangerous to the kids. And she was right.

Oh, and why the hell did presumably intelligent people (Hilliard and Gloria Farber) think that putting up 2.5 million to secure a loan on a mansion that was out of this world ostentatious, knowing that they aren't very marketable, was a good idea? Financing ostentation, do they just have so much money that losing a few mil is no biggie?

You sound surprised. Yes, there are rich people out there who shower their offspring with bajillions thinking it is 'no biggie'.

Well this case makes me feel blessed to be middle class. We support ourselves and if we needed a divorce we would have to figure it out PDQ because we don't have money to waste on lawyers.

Well, either figure it out or get to the killing much quicker. Either way no lawyers are getting rich off us.

I guess I am surprised because it was such a garbage investment. I thought they were wealthy because they made good investment decisions. Didn't Hilliard Farber own an investment firm?

I also wonder about the sloppiness of the disposal - like they obviously did a great job hiding the body - then to just haul the bloody clothes off into a random dumpster and bring your trackable cell with you? WTF?

Totally different story when it comes to spending money on your kid and grandkids.

Panic, I'm guessing.

I only have one answer. The police speculate he was already waiting when she left to take the kids to school, snuck under the closing garage door, and waited for her to return.

But wouldn't HIDING A DEAD BODY also incite panic?

Maybe it was very messy and panic and regret set in. He would have totally gotten away with it if not for the videos of the trash. Without that he would have been in the clear. But one thing led to another. The very damning evidence was the truck seats. But he could have gotten rid of that if he wasn’t under the microscope. Thankfully the videos recorded him dumping the trash. A lot of evidence in them.

I was under the impression those bags were never recovered. What was in them?

Exactly. This is why I was looking forward to the trial, because I really wanted to hear whatever the explanation was for this, because it made no sense. If all the rest is true, it was planned out in advance, and clearly there was an awesome place to hide the body, so why would you then take her shirt with you to dispose of it elsewhere? Why wouldn't you leave the shirt and bra and zip ties with the body? It doesn't make sense that the zip ties came off the body. Why? It doesn't make sense that you would put a little garbage in a bunch of different bags and then drop it in dozens of different cans, there is no purpose to that. It also doesn't make sense to kill someone in a way that makes for a big clean up. Not to be gruesome, but if she was in zip ties, strangulation or suffocation would make little to no mess.
