| This is a stalemate. Time for peace! |
Look at you throwing around the word "authoritarian" like it's a bad thing! Here's a charming piece of news for your midday chow: despite singing pretty songs about the last stand of democracies vs. authoritarian baddies, last year, the U.S. cheerfully sold advanced weaponry to more than half of all authoritarian regimes on this planet: https://theintercept.com/2023/05/11/united-states-foreign-weapons-sales/ "The reality, however, is that the Biden administration has helped increase the military power of a large number of authoritarian countries. According to an Intercept review of recently released government data, the U.S. sold weapons to at least 57 percent of the world’s autocratic countries in 2022." |
On,y when the Ukrainians control all of Russia. |
Doesn't look like a stalemate to me. You should wait until Ukraine starts its counter attack before making declarative statements like that. Besides, peace is easy to achieve. Russia just needs to go home and stop invading. |
Quick!! Look over there!! |
Putin will never stop. He and his regime must be destroyed. "Peace" will only empower him and his allies. |
Don't sell advanced weaponry to dictators and there won't be anything to look at. Especially while littering the airwaves with how much you hate authoritarian regimes! |
^ | | Just reminding you: this is what a talking point looks like. |
lol. Silly bot. No one is getting sidetracked by your advanced ability to try and derail the conversation with non-germane comments and whataboutism. Russia out of Ukraine. Get it? The world wants Russia out of Ukraine because Russia invaded it and is the aggressor. Get it, not? Again, with your stupid distractions ignored, this thread is about how Ukraine is putting up an incredible fight against Russia who invaded it. It invaded it with a big drunk army of poor men who really don’t want to be there. So they should get out and stop attacking. Mmmkay? Now go get a software upgrade to ChatGPT 2.0 or whatever budget azz AI they have where you are. It’s still crystal clear you are a propaganda bot here to deflect from the actual problem of Russia invading Ukraine. |
Cool story. Russia stop attacking Ukraine. |
| Ukraine has always been and must remain an independent country. |
I understand that Ukraine is churning out propaganda, but I also understand, because I'm not an idiot, that there's no "two sides" to this conflict. Anyone who thinks there is, is falling for Russian propaganda that is intended to break the resolve of the US and our allies to support an (imperfect) democracy in a war of national survival. Maybe we've gotten used to ambiguous wars, because the US has fought in so many of them. The Russian invasion of Ukraine is not one of them. I have to wonder what someone is thinking if they look at this conflict and conclude that somehow Ukraine is more than 5% responsible for the war. And that Russia has some legitimate points. |
Peace has always been completely in Russia's control. They can go home any time. |
You’re probably chatting with an AI bot or someone paid to post pro-Russia dialogue if you see something overly supportive. That’s the truth. There are literal buildings filled with paid trolls who either seek to distract or do a firehose of propaganda in forums where the topic of the Russian invasion of Ukraine is being discussed, so the topic ends and posters just give up talking. It appears to be happening here as well. Just ignore them and bring the conversation back into focus. |

Did Prigozhin give Ukraine the coordinates of Russian command centers?
Was Lukashenko poisoned in Moscow last week? Are the Russians ever going to take Bakhmut? What air defense doing? Shouldn't the French version of stormshadow be called snake-eyes? Why did the Russians attack Ternopil with missiles? |
