Ex-boyfriend overdosed a couple years ago. She has been dating a different guy for a while now.

No, I think it’s due to money.

He hasn’t lived with her in the marital home for nearly ten years now. She just doesn’t want to split up their assets in a community property state and have a bimbo second wife to deal with.

She already had to pay him spousal support and child support. This is about their assets and her business since they didn’t have a prenup and she blabbed all over the place how much of an asset to her business he was and that she made him quit his job to focus on her business.

Jason is an a-hole. What a creep. I sympathized with him in the very beginning, but he’s trying to take her money to which he isn’t entitled and he’s made her life a living hell.

He’s entitled to half of what she earned while they were married and before they separated. Just like any other spouse in a divorce.

Arnold doesn’t seem to care. If he did at this point he could go to court and he’d get his divorce.

Not to derail this thread, but does Arnold have good relationships with his kids? I cannot remember seeing any recent photos of him with his kids with Maria. Even after grandchild born.
