What's the most romantic thing a woman's done for you, that does not involve sex?

I’ll bite. Many years ago I had been on a brutal two week business trip overseas and flying back I was worn out and depressed. When I walked off the plane at JFK standing there was my girlfriend who had tracked down what flight I was on and had driven 2 hours to the airport to meet me. We’ve been married a long time.

Almost a year into our relationship I went on a long distance bike ride and she sent really nice care packages and cards. I still have the cards, somewhere, 16 years later.

At our wedding after we said our vows and before the picture she whispered in my ear “I am going to make your life f’ing amazing.”

she got a small tattoo hidden under her wedding band that said “Property of...” my initials.

DW recreated our first date down to the smallest of details. Then she booked us a nice hotel room and had a bottle of wine there that we had had at our wedding and had ordered some snacks from Argentina, where we had lived for 2 years after DS was born. For breakfast she found a hole in the wall place that served my favorite breakfast from where we had our honey moon.

It was a like a little trip down memory lane of our relationship

No. It isn't the same thing. Romance can include sex. But it doesn't have to. And sex can be romantic. But it doesn't have to be. Go find a dictionary if you really don't know the difference.

Awww. I did this for DH once, tho after we were married and had a baby, so baby and I went together. I hope he thinks it was romantic too.
