Any women workout everyday? Do you wash your hair everyday?

If you workout everyday and sweat a lot during your workouts do you wash your hair everyday or just wait a few days? I'm worrying about the smell it would give off being that I'm going back to the office soon but I also don't want to wash my hair everyday because I have curly hair.

Curly hair that is dyed I must include.

I work out most days, only wash my hair about 3x a week.

I do get pretty sweaty, but not in my head so dry shampoo is generally enough to keep my hair fresh enough.

I workout daily, 4x/week outside running, 3/week indoors. I used to wash my hair daily then cut back to every other day. And while it was greasy AF, my scalp did get used to it. It took at LONG time... like over a year to adjust.

Now I use shampoo every 3-4 days, but still rinse and condition every day. It's fine, my scalp is not greasy, and it looks great.

Or as great as wavy, frizzy hair can look in the summer!

Yes, if I have to look at all presentable or be close to other people (lol remember when). I have thin, straight hair.

If I am really pressed for time, I can put it in a bun and hairspray it. But that’s not a great look.

Same hair and I run every morning. Yes, I wash hair every day.

I also have curly hair that is dyed and workout daily. No, I don’t wash my hair every day. I do rinse it out well on the days I don’t wash. My hair’s not thick, though, which probably makes a difference.

PP here. My hair is very thick and I sweat. Not washing isn’t an option for me.

I have curly highlighted hair and workout almost every day. I wash 2-3 times a week.

A headband during workouts helps catch the sweat. Then I let it dry completely and add dry shampoo to soak up the oil.

Work out daily, condition every day, wash with a sulphate free shampoo 2-3 times a week.

I have curly hair as well. I wash with shampoo only a couple times a week, and the rest of the time I just use conditioner. Google “cowashing”, it’s a whole thing.

Work out every day or most days and wash my hair every day even if I didn’t workout. I feel gross if my hair isn’t washed. I’d feel super gross if my hair wasn’t washed after a workout as I sweat a ton.

Yes and yes.
Though my everyday work out could be a shorter walk some days.

Work out 6 days a week including 3-4 runs. Thick, course, long, dyed and highlighted hair. I wash it 2-3 times a week. I use a lot of dry shampoo. Now that I’m not going into the office I can get away with it.

Curly hair, dyed, workout hard frequently. I shampoo nearly every day. I would say 5-6 days per week. But I use a very gentle aloe based shampoo, Intelligent Nutrients PureLuxe. On the odd day I don't shampoo I still shower and get my hair wet, scrub and condition.

I also use a clarifying shampoo once per week.
