Daily protein and fat when prepping for IVF?

I know some studies show that having 25% of your diet be protein can aid in fertility, but I just can't seem to get there- I'm pescatarian, and I'd really like to not have to eat meat. The highest I can get is 14% with with usually around 50% being fat and the rest carbs. I am consuming 80-100 g of protein per day and over 150 g of fat (all from healthy sources- I've cut out processed foods. Is that good enough?

I've read you should not consume over 100 g of protein per day because it can put stress on the kidneys, and I don't think I can eat anymore.

It won’t matter what you eat. I understand you’re trying to get the best possible outcome using any factors you can control, but trust me, it almost certainly won’t make a difference. That being said, just try to take care of yourself in general- get plenty of sleep, light exercise if you can, generally eating healthy foods. Even have some wine! And make sure you’re taking a prenatal vitamin. Honestly I feel like the more stuff I tried to control, the worse outcome I had. I wish you the best with your IVF cycle.

Agree with this 100%. I did many rounds of IVF and the round where I drank a little, didn't worry about coffee intake and generally ate very balanced was the one that worked.

Agree with this -- psychologically, whatever makes you feel secure is what works. We're pescetarian so I was eating pretty clean, limiting coffee, and eating pineapple core daily. I mean, swing a dead chicket at it; do your "best". Sending you good vibes. Take deep breaths; we're all rooting for you.
