Favorite luxury car dealership?

Anonymous
What is your favorite luxury car dealership in the DMV? By luxury, I mean Acura, Lexus, Mercedes, BMW, Land Rover, Audi, Volvo, etc. - not Bentley, Aston Martin, etc. (those are uber luxury). What is special to you about that dealership? Is your dealership experience sufficient to keep you buying that brand Of car for your next purchase?

I have purchased 2 cars from Euromotorcars of Bethesda and 3 from BMW of Rockville.

I have interacted with most of the luxury car dealers in the DMV. They are all crooks.

Asking about luxury cars in the middle of a pandemic and historic economic downturn? You’d be better off worrying about your next fart!

I get my cars serviced at MB of Tysons because they are close by and the service quality is excellent. For purchase, I lean towards Maryland dealers - they are able to somehow offer a better price. I believe MB of Gaithersburg is especially known for being aggressive in terms of deal making. I have never gone there for service, however.

I love my service advisor at Mercedes of Arlignton. He’s the bomb. His name is Dan M. I call him up and he takes care of everything.

FWIW, I don’t like my salesperson there. He has a super weak handshake and I was thinking yesterday (because I’m about to buy another car) that so happy that I don’t have to endure another limp handshake of his for a few more years.

$1m is really not that much around here. You should not be driving a luxury car if your NW is only $1m.

NP here. Actually, if you read any or all of the Thomas Stanley books (millionaire next door) there is an inverse relationship between assets and value of car. The people driving around DC in expensive cars statistically have lower net worth than many of their neighbors driving regular cars.
