Just a reminder that this thread is about the Trump women’s fashion. It is not an open invitation to attack the Trumps on any other basis. I am constantly removing off-topic posts and getting a little tired of it. If the thread is no longer serving it’s purpose, I am quite willing to lock it. |
"Sherbert frock" ![]() |
It's a little too Star Wars for my taste. |
Sincerely speaking, I did think the outfit melania chose to deliver a psa on a pandemic was very similar to vampira: ![]() Thus a fashion mishap. Trying to bring levity during these sucky times. |
She looks completely different again? Is it just the makeup this time? It’s a plain black turtleneck. It’s totally fine. Somber is appropriate […]. |
She’s missing the white hard helmet—a kicky nod to spring. So just left with the looming, gloomy, grim specter .. |
Such a difference 2 weeks make ![]() |
When you look at her face and hair here, this does not look like somoeone who is trying to comfort a scared nation. This looks like someone who is going on the morning show to give their best Halloween tips. |
I can’t complain about the black top; it’s somber and minimizes the bust a bit. |
Agree. The the echoing hallway and candelabra doesn't help. If the somber black was the point, the highlighted hair arranged on her shoulder was the wrong move. Just channel Laura Bush, put together is expected, frivolous is unwanted. |
I thought the same thing. Maybe she had more work done? She looks swollen. Well, the candelabra behind her + the black shirt do make her have a vampire element. |
The hair over the shoulder is not a good look. Seems like she spent too much time worrying about that instead of the issue at hand. And I think hair is part of fashion and style so hope this does not get deleted. |
Using/misusing fashion to amplify a message is absolutely appropriate to beauty and fashion. |
