Not sure why Syracuse is playing UNC today at Good Counsel. Some kind of neutral site game?

UNCs home game.

Episcopal has one of the most difficult ends to the season, and the Landon & Bullis debates will be decided on the field. Those games could all go either way, but Episcopal is on a roll.

EHS and Landon have no common opponents yet.

EHS has better victory over ST James (14-1) than Bullis as well as victory over Albans.

14 or 15 wins for Episcopal would be a great season for them.

The High School should not be taken lightly!

Meeting in a neutral place 1/2 way to save on travel costs and time. They’ll switch “home field” every other year.

It was a great atmosphere with a good crowd. Two 2022 grads from Gonzaga playing heavy minutes for UNC. Are the SJC’s 2022s getting any time for Syracuse?

Associating yourself with a university that is in the rear view mirror for most isn’t becoming.

It's very clear Georgetown Prep is the lone frontrunner in the IAC this spring. They dominated Landon on Friday, jumped out to a 6-1 lead in the first quarter, 8-3 at the half, and 12-4 final.

Bullis by far has been the biggest disappointment in the IAC as they brought back most of their team from last season. No real marquee wins this Spring thus far except DeMatha and Gibbons.

Landon is young and inexperienced, and it shows. The Bears are extremely inconsistent.

STA is at least senior heavy and athletic. EHS has one of the best keepers in the country and will zone up any team.

I never thought I'd say this but STA and EHS could very well be the teams who somewhat challenge Prep at the top of the IAC.

It does seem to be Prep vs. the Field in the IAC.

The competition for second place looks like:

Landon is good enough defensively that if they can put some offensive games together, they have a higher ceiling than we've seen.

EHS goaltending and use of zone could get them there.

StA could ride it's talented senior class.

Bullis could get healthy and a play together better.

SSSA seems a year away, but they historically get better all season long.

In the WCAC, it's SJC vs. Gonzaga/PVI. - as many have said, DC is an SJC playground until someone beats them. Obviously Covid abridged season was a factor in limiting some matchups, but their in-area domination over three seasons is impressive in any context.

Is there going to be a DC or Geico Championship this year? The top teams from the IAC and WCAC need a championship tournament.

I haven’t seen anything on the social media channels indicating geicos is taking place this spring
