What type of information can overcome the fact that they knew it was bullshit, but continued to lie about it and defame dominion? Other than the “no reasonable person would believe me” claim, I don’t see a viable defense.

I always thought it was some kind of neutral party.

It would be absurd if the party turning over evidence got to redact what they wanted without anyone seeing or being able to question...what was no longer there....

The judge gave the fox lawyers parameters. They ( fox’s lawyers) then redacted “accordingly”

+1 Smartmatic has an even more solid case because IIRC the only voting machines they had active in the 2020 election were in Los Angeles County.
