A “journalist” (multiple “journalists”) went on Fox News and lied. They flat out admit they knew they were lying. They were told to cease and desist and and kept lying. There is no non-conspiracy nut evidence to back up the lie.

Dominion suffered damage to its business reputation.

A 3L should be able to win this defamation suit.
