+1

We had several a cappella groups at my college in the 90s. At least one of those had been around since the 1940s.

Very common at top schools in the Northeast.

He didn’t go to school in the NE. He went to UVA.

I was at UVA in late 90s - a cappella was definitely a thing!

Same. A Capella groups were very popular when I was there 1994-1998

Hi, Holderness family member.

I know a blogger-vlogger-author in a similar category as the Holderness Family and IRL she is an awkward, depressed narcissist.

Don’t believe the hype; it’s all smoke and mirrors.

I never heard of them until last night when a friend sent me their “Come On Vaccine” parody. I love it! He’s extremely handsome and has a great voice!

Haha right? The only reason I even know who they are is because SIL loves them and occasionally sends me videos. They’re cute I guess but have never inspired me to search for more on my own.

I ... don’t hate them? Not a big influencer/blogger/lifestyle guru fan, but they’re funny and fun to watch.

They are having fun and making money. Wahoowa.

I find them annoying and their songs so “obvious.” Yuck.

Her Couch to Cocktail video was very relatable! Sure, not everything works, but they are a lot of fun. Live life with zest and humor - not much to criticize there. No different than people who share their talents by writing and such.

I kinda love them. What they do is harder than it looks and they seem to do it joyfully.

Or maybe they are just regular people who wanted this to be their job. I also don't get the rabid hate nor the hype. The wife talks a bunch about dealing with anxiety. That's not exactly a smoke screen for a rosy outlook.

Doesn't he even have Grammys?

Small doses! I think they're pretty clever and cute, but I only watch one every few weeks.
