| No new school superintendent in NoVa with any political acumen is going to start busing kids with the express goal of balancing demographics. He will just propose to spend a larger percentage of APS's budget on the South Arlington schools, and let those in North Arlington who are so inclined supplement their kids' education with private tutoring. |
