I did a Jenn Sherman 45-minute climb ride this morning, first time I haven't been able to stay in the "recommended" metrics the whole time. First time I pushed the resistance past 80. It was brutal. Man, I'm old.

Wet blanket alert. I can't take Cody's classes because I've never met a man or woman with a "bitch" schtick that I didn't find incredibly off putting. My last Cody class was where he said his dream was to be the queen mean girl in an 80s set high school. I just hate that shit ...

During my one and only Cody class, he said something like "shake your titties". It was totally unprofessional and unnecessary.

They are spinning instructors not CEOs. Cody is one of the most popular instructors and that’s one of his signature lines. Get over yourself.

I agree with comments here, I just recently bought a peloton and most of the instructors have a potty mouth. I am a Christian and don’t care for this language. I may have to turn off the subscription and figure out some different routines. It’s seems they would expect a little more professionalism from the instructors. Obviously, this is my

Try Leanne and Ben, they’re pretty innocuous but still fun.

They have settings - you can restrict all classes marked explicit if you don’t want cursing.

Stay away from Jenn, Cody and Christine-- lots of cursing.

Agree that Ben tends not to curse. But yes, filter your settings to exclude explicit rides.

Ally has Sunday With Love rides that are supposed to be motivational.

Hi, you can filter classes by explicit and non-explicit. This will help you find classes that reinforce your values and are not offensive. Matt Wilpers is a good bet.

Before someone @s me, you need to evaluate why you get so upset when someone says they have a different preference from you. I'm an Alex/Cody fan on the bike, but I respect people's preferences. You can too.
