Poster has a point nothing about insecurities and he doesn't have to be mean but some post bring upon themselves when they make a new league seem as if it's the best new thing out there. Just enjoy the ride people and maybe one day that comment might actually mean something to be scouted by a GA coach or whatever

A league changed names. Literally the same local clubs as before.

ECNL has a lot of lousy, underperforming clubs in it. so, not sure what the barometer for measuring is. there are a lot of lousy teams/clubs out there. so, you just hope for the best

From what I have heard the MU coaches go to a lot of practices at these clubs. The MU id sessions at Stoddert are held on Stoddert’s normal practice day and field locations. Stoddert is full in on the partnership. It sounds like you really do not know what you are talking. Why are you posting? Why would anyone spend so much energy attacking a club that is giving girls more option?

I have had interaction with MU, BSC, Arlington and Mclean. MU actually engages the parents and player. It’s such a change from these other clubs.

Speaking as a former WS/MU parent (who dealt with not all but some of the current players) -- they engage you if they agree with you/like what they see in your DD. They aren't bad. But they aren't saints -- all clubs have their biases and these guys were no different.

here's the deal: being seen and identified by coaches is always a good thing. even if insecure parents like to come on an
anonymous forum and act like a certain club isn't "good enough". the fact is, that maybe your kid is the one who isn't good
enough and that's why you scroll these threads looking to trash other people and their choices.
at the end of the day, your kid is probably just a mistake or an injury away from being replaced. remember that, and try to be

+1. A MU coach today might be hired to be College Coach at a prestigious college. Never underestimate life because you and your DC will regret it.
