| You'd think that Pompeo and Barr both have more pressing issues than to re-litigate the 2016 election that Trump won. The whole point of this is to relieve sanctions on Russia by "proving" they never interfered. Which would give them the green light to interfere again. |
First, the question was "What do you know about those conversations?" The honest answer would have been, "Let me tell you everything I can remember from being on that call...." Second, why do you say we "know" he wasn't pressed "eight times"? Have we heard a recording? Do we have a complete transcript? No and no. But, if eight times was incorrect, again the honest answer might have been, "I was on that call, and he wasn't pressed eight times on that call." But that wasn't the answer was it? The answer was the equivalent of: I know nothing ... squirrel! I like squirrels. |

Y'all's word parsing is off the charts. Pompeo lied. He wouldn't have met the perjury level of lying had he been under oath. But he lied in common everyday language.
It depends on what the definition of is is. Lol |
Can you read? She asked "What do you know about those conversations?" That is not a question about the whistleblower complaint. It is a question about Trump's conversations with Zelensky in which he brought up Giuliani and Biden. |
Exactly. Raddatz asked “what do you know about these conversations?“ And Pompeo replied “you’re asking about the whistleblower complaint and I don’t know anything about it yet.” |

Oh hey, look at this, Flynn found Mifsud's Blackberries.
(uh, chain of command and why does anyone think this is real) |
