The girlfriend of the Colorado dad #2 cleaned up a townhouse full of blood. Then came clean with the authorities almost two months after Kelsey Berreth went missing. She plead guilty to evidence tampering and her sentencing is suspended until the murder trial is concluded.

But the max she'll get is 3 years and honestly with the courts these days - 12 months in and the rest on house arrest.

You're probably right. Smh. I will never understand how murderers and their assistants get off scott-free while low level drug dealers rot in jail for life.

Where is the GF's kid? I hope she didn't see or witness anything. Out of curiosity, would investigators question her? Would they need her mom's permission?
