Screwed the mooch!

After laughing my ass off for an hour, I realized the thing that terrifies me about this is that Kelly might actually not be so terrible at the job - he might be kind of effective. That's a bone chillingly awful prospect.

Because the one upside to all this chaos is that Trump hasn't been able to do much with his horrible agenda. With better people on staff, he could. I hate his agenda and would not like to see that happen.

If he can keep Trump from starting WWIII, I'm willing to let other agenda items go.

Mooch reminds me of Anthony from Sex & the City.

What are the chances a General is interested in avoiding war?

Not a Trump fan, but I would say relatively high.

OMG thank you!!! I have been trying to figure out who Mooch reminds me of all this time (well, in the last 10 days).

I wouldn't give Kelly too much credit, yet. Booting the Mooch was a no-brainer.

I've been thinking the same thing about Trump's agenda, but the glass half full is that there are plenty of pressing matters that were also going unattended in a frightening way. I'm talking about looming threats in both foreign and domestic policy that have been kicked under the Oval Office sofa in the melee created by this Administration.

Scaramucci was a sign that things were going from melee to Fight Club and I'll bet Kelly's one condition for taking the job was that he would actually be chief. Since Ivanka and Jared appear to be progenitors of chaos (including bringing in Scaramucci) here's hoping their roles are diminished as well.

and, the Mooch

They will never get over the humiliation of being out-lasted by Omarosa.

I doubt he'll do a good job. He knows nothing about Cap Hill and he's not going to tell Trump what to do nor will he be able to stop the tweeting. And, he's not family.

Fingers crossed he can use his magic Generalling skills to keep war at bay while using his lack of connections on the Hill to be as ineffective as ever at passing Trump's nasty agenda.
