Trump respects money, and generals. General Kelly probably pulled some alpha male techniques on Trump. We now have someone in close proximity to Trump who has figured out how to manage him.

Hope Kelly takes away DJT's phone and puts him in a timeout.

I think it is very likely that a strong, alpha male like Kelly could manage that. Trump is looking for someone to dominate him.

I don't know if Trump is looking for domination, but Kelly and Pence together might get a better handle on him.

Pence? You've got to be kidding me.
He is a lickspittle, a toady, wouldn't dare speak up to Dear Leader

Very interesting! I have no true knowledge but was giving Pence credit for reigning in Trump to the degree possible. Thought he was a behind the scenes kind of influence. Hopefully, Kelly will stand firm.

Trump Removes Anthony Scaramucci

NYT headline.

"The decision to remove Mr. Scaramucci, who had boasted about reporting directly to the president not the chief of staff, John F. Kelly, came at Mr. Kelly’s request, the people said. Mr. Kelly made clear to members of the White House staff at a meeting Monday morning that he is in charge."

Ok, no doubt Kelly recommended it and no doubt President Trump gave the nod.

Um... no doubt Sean Spicer recommended not hiring Scaramucci and no doubt Reince Priebus recommended not hiring Scaramucci, and no doubt President Trump ignored their sane advice, because, Trump.

Trump respects money, and generals. General Kelly probably pulled some alpha male techniques on Trump. We now have someone in close proximity to Trump who has figured out how to manage him.

I never thought I would say bring in the generals, but they may restore sanity.

My god. I knew he we an idiot narcissist, but now I just think he's depraved as well

Objectively, this is one of the best days of Trump's presidency. Kelly is getting things in order. Why shouldn't the president feel good?

You hadn't read the Washington Post yet when you wrote this, had you?

The comedians are sad. The comic gold that is and was the mooch will be missed.
The Monday night takes were priceless and so funny. The trump whitehouse is so frighteningly incompetent that the amusing distraction that is andwas the profane and unhinged moochie will be missed.
"I'm a front stabbed."
His profane take on bannon.
There is probably more comic gold that the archivists will catalogue in ages to come.
