You are a fucking terrible person. I hope you know that. |
Are any of you related to the grown ass woman who runs away screaming from my ten pound, non aggressive dog like he's a 200 pound wolf? I think so. |
Honestly I'd rather have the cat around than you. |
What's the crime? Dude lived happily ever after with no cat in his yard! |
Not exactly the scenario that op is describing ![]() |
I think a trip to the animal shelter works really well. I'm not really a cat whisperer. |
Good news! If he cut off your ability to breathe maybe you'd feel differently. |
Ok drama queen. |
Oh go pound sand. That was obviously a joke, not a PhD dissertation on cat psychology. |
My son is the opposite. He will react to nuts if he eats them, but isn't super sensitive to bring around then. He has gone into anaphylactic shock after sitting on a sofa chair full of cat hair. That's how we found out about the allergy. |
Humane traps and then bring them to a shelter (if domesticated) or release them in the woods if feral. |
If that is really true you need to stop being so damn lazy and put the cushions away every time. I can't believe, as the peanut allergy mom, you would even contemplate risking this. Your unwillingness to do so really makes me doubt it is true though. |
I'm not the OP, and I don't have outdoor cushions because a couple of neighbors have outdoor cats and feed feral cats. I also don't have sympathy for those cats or the people who feed them. Good luck finding them once I trap them. |
Am I correct in discerning that OP's mom doesn't like cat hair on her clothing, vs. being deathly allergic? Because all the allergy posts are muddying the situation.
S/O: Does anyone who likes or love cats claim to have a DEATHLY allergy to cats? My theory is that there is a very fine line between DEATHLY allergy and flat out aversion. FWIW, my husband is very (not deathly, but disgustingly, mucus-hackingly, red-eyes, sneeringly, annoying) allergic to just about everything, including cats. We have 2. I figured if he's allergic to grass and trees and dust and hasn't died yet, living with cats is really no different. They get to him in the disgusting above-mentioned ways but he also loves them. |
So aside from killing or trapping the cats, or finding a miracle outdoor spray, the OP is unwilling to do anything but whine. What was the purpose of this thread? Other than to show what an awful human being she is. |
