Such an Awful Morning

OP's used to it. She got the same reaction to her other complaints.

Maybe OP is really Jeff stirring the pot on a slow DCUM day. Giving those of us who aren't in the school lottery something to get all persnicked about.

I have a hard time believing someone could really be as tone deaf as OP. Most people have the good sense to change some details to make themselves look more martyrish and get the sympathy posts.

Ok. It's agreed. OP and you husband! OUT OF THE GENE POOL!

Anonymous wrote:You want to hear about my bad morning? I had an important meeting in SE DC at 8:00 AM; the results of my presentation were to be presented to the Joint Chiefs that afternoon.

At 1:00 AM, I woke up with extreme abdominal pain, passed out, fell on the floor and broke my nose. DW calls 911; they take me to the hospital...scan me to find the cause of pain. At 5 am the ER doctor comes in, and tells me they think the pain was gas. But, incidentally, we found an 8 cm mass -- probably a tumor -- on your kidney.

That is a bad morning (oh, I got someone to cover for me at the briefing.).

Meanwhile, two hours later, our neighbor picks up her little girl (18 months), and feels something in the abdomen. Also a tumor.

Okay, still horrible, but please create your own thread. You are strangling out OP's voice.

Well it's the husband's fault, you see.

[quote=Anonymous]My questions is who fries cans of tuna in the morning and does it make your work clothes smell like fish?

That was my question too. In all the years I've eaten or made tuna sandwiches I've never done this or seen it done.

I think with we are forgetting she fried this tuna in coconut oil, which at room temperature becomes solid. so there are solid pieces of coconut oil in this weirdo's fried tuna sandwich.

Dinner tonight.....FRIED TUNA, I cannot wait! The kids are going to be sooo excited. #friedtuna

Who wakes up late and, knowing they have a presentation to prepare for, decides to cook lunch? When I wake up late, I'm figuring out how much of my morning routine I can condense or cut out to save time. OP and her husband just don't seem very bright.

Hate to pile on, but I am curious what ethnicity or from what culture OP is.

Just a classic lack of communication, really. We've all been there, done that.... Right? Minus the lightly fried tuna.
