Nix my above question. Meant to ask can a gay Muslim be employed at a Mosque? If not, it's discrimination, isn't it? |
As a matter of fact, the person who's already come for the Mexicans is President Obama, and that's why he's been named Deporter-In-Chief. Trump indeed sounds worse, but let's not kid ourselves... |
Reexamine your reasoning. Islam does not permit homosexuality, therefore all Muslims must hate homosexuals, therefore to prove they love homosexuals they must employ them at mosques. Fail. Muslims do not need to love homosexuals. They need to respect them. Mosques permit homosexuals. No mosque would or should ask any individual who their sexual partner is at the door before admitting them. They don't need hire homosexuals to prove they are respectful of difference of opinions. Homosexuals may be employed at mosques (and some are, btw) but probably not as teachers. The law has already established that religious institutions are well within their right to hire teachers that support their religious views. So if you have an issue with this, maybe you need to move to a more rigid country. |
Agreed. Except of course if that religion is catholic, no? |
Do you also feel the need to scream "You Have A Bomb!" at that terribly inconsiderate person exercising free speech? |
I have a little secret to share with you, my friend: Your rights end where mine begin. You simply have zero right to stand up front of me and block my view where everyone else is seated. Who said we learned (or should have) the most important things in kindergarten? I'm sorry if you didn't. |
Oh, sure. That's why all these people who were also standing were kicked out as well. Oh, wait... |
You have an interesting view of your "rights." By the way, you're not my friend. Most arrogant douchebags like yourself don't have many. |
I have no need to be your friend to address you as I did. Sorry if that offends you. Many of my views (and international experiences) are in fact quite unconventional. So what? I tend to think that's a good thing around here, don't you? |
I would agree that supporting racially and religiously-based insults as an appropriate response to someone "blocking your view" is unconventional. However, I disagree that it is a good thing. |
Speaking of getting ugly, this seems like a below the belt swipe at Trump:

Clearly he was blocking someone's God-given right to an unobstructed view. |
What I do support is appropriate free speech. My intentionally blocking your view at an event would be nothing but attention seeking juvenile behavior imo. Anyone else is welcome to disagree with me. In the end, the attention seeking Muslim lady and Jewish lawyer guy were a smashing success, based on the Sunday talk shows. Stay tuned for more disruptive childish behavior at your political events. |
I'm still waiting for the PP's reply to this post. Lol lol PP is trying to justify islamophobic behavior with a breach of etiquette. The foolish is that PP thinks people will support Trump's treatment of the couple. Only the people who are islamophibic. |
*foolishness* |
